Your technicians gave me a $4k list of repairs I allegedly needed. When they led with “windshield wipers” I knew I needed to get a second and third opinion as the wipers were literally brand new. I had a regular vehicle mechanic and a transmission specialist look at the car and I learned that it in fact needed no additional work. Nice try Lokey! Next time start with honesty. I have been loyal customer for years and am now recommending people stay away from your dealership.
