Still waiting on info from them 30+ days later and still haven’t received it. They charged me for the pre inspection on the car and now I’m having to replace stuff less than 30days of owning it. Told me the body was in perfect condition which I get it and clearly is not. Has a crappy patch job on the front bumper and scratches. I was trusting them as I’m states away. Definitely watch what you get from them. And no one gets back to me

Lani has been an amazing car sales man. He ask the right questions and ask for input. We have purchased 3 vehicles so far with Lani. Always courteous and dedicated. I was call and offer a discount to replace the same part on both side of front of my car. When my sob took it he was toldthe quote was for one side and there was no discount of 200.00 applied. I also have a fedility warantee which did not want to process. My car still feels like it has a transmision issue

This is long but shows what you get. I bought a 2024 Armada which was a demo. Driven by the managers wife I was told. But purchased the vehicle as new. So it should be looking and treated as new. But this is what I dealt with. My fault not dissecting every little piece of the vehicle because I assumed being sold a new vehicle it would be new inside and out. I have had Nissans for most of my life and have always had a great experience. I recently bought out my lease and shortly after was told I need new tires. I questioned the warranty on the tires since I had very low mileage so they checked and turns out they hadn’t been rotating my tires for 3 years. Never once did they recommend it and now I need two tires and proceeded to give me a ridiculous quote. Apparently I have to ask for tire rotations which I never knew. Good until after the sale. Then calls were not returned. Sales person should've responded to my question after the sale. He said he would, but I never heard from him again.

Chuck is the absolute best! He went over and above trying to get my repairs done utilizing my extended warranty. He called at night to let me know repairs were covered and even called me after I picked up my car to check that everything was working as it should. Chuck is an exemplary service rep, knowledgeable and works hard to see that all is done correctly, efficiently and with customer satisfaction a priority. Give stars for Chuck!!

Service for oil change was timely and efficient. Little wait time. Communication by service advisor was excellent. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Free coffee and doughnuts were tasty and certainly welcome. Noticeable service up-sell going on to every customer, but not obnoxious.

EV BUYERS LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL GET THE RUNAROUND. This dealership does not comply with IRS regulations around EV tax credits. As a result you will not be able to claim the credit. Further the dealership staff, sales leaders, and manager have no interest in returning my calls or working to resolve this matter.

Terrible service experience. I am still hearing noise under my hood when I shut the car off. This noise was not present upon dropping my car off on 12/26/24. Last service sometime ago never again. Had oil changed drain plug was not put back in properly all oil drained out in my driveway. Had tires rotated and checked for a slow leak. Was told my tire was un repairable and needed a new tire. Took it back to where I had just recently purchased all tires. Put a plug in it since it was not in the sidewall ( as I was told ) free of charge. Do I trust Lokey service ? Not at all.

Marco in Clearwater Lokey Nissan service drive needs to be fired asap! He argues with customers, has an entitled young 20 year old attitude with customers.
Instead of listening, he talks over you, very condescending- again entitlement.

I called Chuck Schnitiker because I needed a part for my Nissan Rogue and he had The Parts department call me immediately. I told them what I needed and they pulled up the information on it and ordered it. They said it would be here tomorrow morning and it was. I'm very happy with the help and service I've received from both lokey service and lokey parts department.

I was there for Repair. Lee advised me as soon as he knew that I would they would have to order parts so he would get me a loaner so he set me up with a vehicle he advised once or twice a day until the car was repaired. Very good service. I've always depended on.
