Engine car light came on and AC stopped working the next day after purchase. Interior trim peeled off on both doors. They must have cleared the codes before purchase. Now I have to pay $1500 in repairs! Be careful folks with this place. I wish they would just fix these things and have some integrity and honesty.
I also forgot GM Steve!!Steve spent HOURS finding a car that didn't exist so that I didn't have to sacrifice the 'want' of a sunroof for the 'need' of an 8 seater Armada. Wayne and Tyler made sure the deal happened and Ryan made the final step seamless in financing.
So far not good! Your company is all about sales needed. Not about your customers and what they are about to afford.
Rushed trade-in; tried to use GAP to pay remaining balance, and I had to file a complaint just to get it properly refunded.

Went there for a scheduled oil change and complained that there is something wrong with the car when it accelerates. They just recommended some fluid additives, did not do a diagnostic on the car. Brought it to another dealership and found out I needed the automatic transmission replaced

Deceptive and rude when caught. They are hustlers with their wallets in their mouths. They called me in to address my complaints by trying to strong arm me with, listen, this is how's its going to go. I took three steps back and he said good walk away youll get nothing, so I called the cops.

I have been dealing with Lokey since 1998 when Jason was the service manager. Everyone has been very nice since day 1. I will keep doing business with Lokey as long as possible. Especially with people like Chuck and when Kevin and Jason were there it's been a wonderful experience overall.
After having an oil change here within 1 week there was oil splatter under my car. I went to another garage and they identified the oil filter was not tightened correctly. I have a video showing this and the splatter it caused. I don't even bring the issue to them with their service or dealership because they never address it or show the slightest concern. Really wish I bought my car elsewhere.. especially considering I spent over $115,000

I recently took my Nissan in for service and was told by the staff that the service could take approximately 2–3 hours. I was offered a shuttle ride to the mall while I waited, but I declined because I have a 7-month-old baby with me and that option was not practical for my situation. I was then told I could wait in the lobby. However, sitting in a waiting area for 2–3 hours with my young child would have been very uncomfortable and difficult. We had misdiagnosed for our last visit. We spent the money with another technician and still hear the humming sound. Took it back to your dealership and was told it was misdiagnosed and the service manager was going to refund the diagnostic fee charged before. It has been over a month and no refund yet and no one has called us back after several phone calls from us including yesterday 09/02. Your sales person keeps calling us about trade in for new car but your dealership can't even get one thing right to earn our future business. Very disappointed.

I was charged for an evacuation and recharge of the AC system. My car was returned with no recharge - there was NO refrigerant in the system, which triggered a check engine light. I contacted multiple people at Lokey for assistance and NO ONE would talk to me to help resolve the issue.

I bought a car from the dealership, a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. It had some damage to the front hood and a scratched windshield. They agreed to fix both for me by replacing the hood and the windshield and no extra cost me would even gave me a loaner car while they were doing the service they were very responsive. Very professional and it was a positive experience and I thanked them for all of their efforts in getting the hood ordered and replaced.
I just looked. There is no radiator fluid brake fluid or windshield fluid and whoever did my vehicle marked down that everything was checked that's a lie.
My experience at Lokey Nissan was positive in every way The salesman, David, was understanding of my situation and assisted me in selecting the “right” car for my needs. The selection of vehicles included used & new & I drove out in my beautiful 2026 Kicks. After several days of driving around town I am certain I made a good choice.

I like the waiting area! It is comfortable, there are fresh coffee and snacks available and two televisions to help pass the time. Janelle keeps me updated about service progress.

The service employee said it would be an hour, so I waited. If they had any idea it would have take so long, I would have gone home and waited for a call. I waited a total of two hours. I know the service didn't take that long, because the car was sitting there for at least 45 min before they called my name.

John Karalis was my advisor when I was scheduled with another. I never got my car vacuumed when I had requested for a wash n vac. He had insisted that I needed a tire rotation when I had already had one done a month prior and quoted me for new tires at $65?? that doesnt seem right.

I explained to Chuck what was wrong with my vehicle a hole in the high side line. Chuck said he would have it checked out and advise me what was wrong. I was informed by Chuck that the evaporator was bad along withe some front end work needing to be done. The front end work was done and the evaporator was replaced and after the third visit it was finally found to be a hole in the high side line just like I told Chuck. I was appreciative of the provision of the rental for my use during this ordeal.
Most of the service was very good, but the windshield wipers are low quality. Change wiper brands.
