Customer service was lacking during this visit. Waited while service manager took a smoke break (in front of me might I add) Unnecessary wait times and the car behind me got checked in before I did.
Went in to view a vehicle listed at 32,077. I called days ahead and was told the OTD would be around 35k OTD. I went in (drove over an hour) to make the purchase and the price jumped to 46k OTD. That is 14k in fees. My mind was literally blown. I let them know what I was told and they countered with 39k OTD. So now just 7k in added fees. Your technicians gave me a $4k list of repairs I allegedly needed. When they led with “windshield wipers” I knew I needed to get a second and third opinion as the wipers were literally brand new. I had a regular vehicle mechanic and a transmission specialist look at the car and I learned that it in fact needed no additional work. Nice try Lokey! Next time start with honesty. I have been loyal customer for years and am now recommending people stay away from your dealership.

Didn't receive complete honesty on the used vehicle I purchased. I asked for a carfax report, I was told they couldn't print one for me, Instead sales representative pulled it up on his phone and started scrolling through the service records and accident reports. Told that the previous owner was in a couple small fender benders nothing major and also told me that the previous owner stayed up with his services and that he had a Really good service records. I purchased my vehicle at the Loki dealership in the new Hudson area, Florida. I service my vehicle at a closer location at their Nissan dealership or their Kia dealership. I’ve gotten several phone calls telling me that I need an oil change which I keep up-to-date on at your dealerships. I wish that your computer systems on the service and would speak with each other and stop with the repeated phone calls since my 10,000 mile service check and oil change was done a few months ago.

This dealership has consistently had poor communication and fails to follow through on commitments. I’ve had several frustrating experiences that required multiple trips, numerous phone calls, and countless hours just to resolve issues. I was advised that the service manager would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never received a call. The only reason I continue to use their service department is because I purchased my vehicle there and they honor my warranty. Although I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past, I will not be purchasing any future vehicles from them.

Pushy salesman, unkind dealer in general. Salesman lied to us as well. Finance guy was vague, but our kids were screaming to leave - they took advantage of our child driven fatigue. We wanted to go get a different versa just to not have to award them the dealership fee, but I liked the car a lot.

Chuck was very rude to us when we told him we weren’t going to spend $2,000 on repairs. Instead of saying ok I understand he became very annoyed and embarrassed us in front of coworkers and other customers. We have been with Lokey since about 2014. We get free oil changes but we will take our car elsewhere and pay instead of putting up with Chuck’s attitude.
